Service Offering: Mobile Telecoms
The International Centre for Life needed a new mobile phone contract, including new handsets, to meet the varying needs of their directors. Each individual had different requirements so a truly bespoke solution was needed.
I was tasked with finding a new mobile phone contract, and new handsets, for our Chairman, CEO and several directors. With each individual’s different needs, as well as the vast handset choices, it wasn’t going to be an easy task. Activ were brilliant throughout the whole process. They couldn’t have helped me more. Via meetings at our premises, and regular phone calls, we soon narrowed it down to a couple of contract choices.
Everything put forward by Activ was in a simple, easy to understand format – with no technical jargon! They were also so patient with my constant asking questions if I didn’t understand something. With individual’s needs and requirements sometimes changing, the continued aftercare and service from Activ has been great, ensuring the best value for money “bolt-ons” are sought for each connection.
Activ’s staff are also extremely quick to solve any issues if something goes wrong, whether the user is at home or abroad. Activ are just a phone call away and it’s a comfort to me to know they are there!
