Grace House, Sunderland.
The children’s charity welcomes young people from across the North East, with complex disabilities, health needs and life limiting conditions. It provides a fun, safe, exciting environment where children can come and live life to the full.
The phone system that Grace House had was not meeting its needs. Activ was tasked with offering a more cost-effective service that would also add better value by using different communication channels.
Having assessed the needs of the client, Activ offered a PBX solution that provides unified communications with instant messaging, audio conference, visual voice mail features and voice calls on one platform. Activ was also appointed to supply IT support and is at all times reactive to the needs of Grace House.
