In a bid to start the new year as the best Activ can be, we recently invited all our existing customers to complete a satisfaction survey and have been overwhelmed with the positive responses we’ve received. The Activ team would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and for the abundance of positive responses.
As a result of our combined hard work and love for our customers, results from our 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey illustrate a satisfaction rate of 97.6%, compared to last year’s 92.5%.
A notable pattern in the responses received was on our admirable customer service, “I am very happy with the service I have received from everyone at Activ. You are proactive in managing your account, and quick to respond to any queries. Thank you.” Acorn Coaching and Development Ltd
