Lumley Castle were looking to upgrade their mobile estate to benefit from the latest technology and generate any possible cost savings. We spoke with Mohammad, at Lumley Castle who explained how he found the process of migrating over to Activ.
1. How would you describe your experience of porting from EE to O2?
The process was seamless and progressed without a hiccup. I was particularly impressed with the proactive levels of communication from Pete at every stage of the process. Prior to the migration I was anxious about handsets requiring unlocking codes, but my worries were dispelled with Pete’s care and attention.
2. Why did you choose Activ to be your new mobile contract provider?
From the very first phone call, working with Lindsey has been a dream. Everything has been completely transparent with clear explanations. The proposal was easy to read and follow, and at no stage did I feel that I was at the wrong end of a hard sell!
3. What have you been most pleased with?
The ease of the transition and migration process has really impressed me. The attention to detail has been outstanding, even down to the labelling of the SIM cards. You know that the transition has gone smoothly when you don’t receive a single call from an end user to complain about loss of signal or other issues!
4. Would you recommend Activ to other companies?
