Thank you to all of our valued customers who have responded so positively to our recent satisfaction survey. We have recently invited all of our customers to complete a Satisfaction Survey and have been overwhelmed with the positive response we’ve received. Thank you to everyone who has taken part and all of the great feedback you’ve shared with us.
92.5% of those who responded to the survey reported to be satisfied with the service they receive from Activ, 83.8% of which stated they were very satisfied. The customer service we provide has been described as Friendly, Professional and Helpful – with additional comments including that Activ is “always helpful and always sorts any problems” and “very quick to respond and are clear about the necessary next steps and actions”.
Activ prides itself on its proactive support and was pleased to learn that this is appreciated by our customers, receiving comments such as “I have been with previous companies that don’t have any contact until the contract is due to renew – Activ has been excellent with this proactive approach which I very much appreciate.”
