Mobile telecom and technology experts at Activ have been helping the North East-based family firm Ringtons to ensure it has its communications down to a tea.
The 106-year-old family business has appointed Activ to manage its mobile telecoms, a move which has seen Ringtons switch from dealing directly with its previous network provider to the Newcastle-based independent supplier.
As part of the deal, Activ has supplied over 300 data enabled mobile devices to the company, which supplies the freshest, highest quality tea and coffees to thousands of homes and businesses across the UK, and will also provide ongoing technical support.
